We offer health care advocacy services to individuals and their families. Our team of Registered Nurses or Health Advocates has both clinical and managed care expertise, which provides the foundation for resolving the most complex healthcare issues.
Where do we fit into the process? · If you or someone you know is overwhelmed with administrative red tape, frustrated with medical bills, collection processes, insurance denials, appeals, or coordination of benefits, to name a few, our Health Advocates can help resolve those issues and clear away any confusion.
· Are you or someone you know an adult child struggling to care for aging parents who need increased help and supervision to keep them safe, while also caring for your own family and maintaining your job? Our Health Advocates can assist with providing resources and guidance whether your parents remain in their home or transition to an increased level of care.
· After a hospital stay, discharge instructions and what to do next can be very confusing and unsettling. Our Health Advocates work with hospital social workers and care managers to help ensure that your discharge plan is appropriate, safe, well understood, and not premature.
· Our Genuine Wellness Programs© help businesses, organizations, and government provide access to healthy lifestyle programs, workshops, and seminars for their employees and staff. Healthy lifestyle choices decrease health care costs and increase productivity & morale.
